Food Partners Network News January 15, 2021, Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Industry issued raw food issue 0115 No. 1 notice, issued on the "Food Hygiene Law Implementation Rules" part of the amendment of the provincial order and "food, additives, etc. specifications" part of the revision notice, the main changes are as follows:1. Amendments to the Regulations on the Implementation of the Food Hygiene Law: Additional Sulphate-Glucan, DL-Potassium Dl-Mercury and Ethylene Methane Copolymer to Schedule 1 of the Food Hygiene Law Implementation Rules (i.e., list of designated additives).
