    Recently, a research article was published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, an authoritative journal in the field of endocrine and metabolic diseases.
    This study aims to evaluate the relationship between LDL cholesterol levels and insulin secretion and glucagon levels.

    The researchers performed routine blood tests on 3039 subjects who did not receive cholesterol-lowering treatment but had an increased risk of diabetes, as well as an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) at 5 time points.
