    Stem cell-derived exosomes are extracellular vesicles secreted by stem cells that contain many biologically active substances, such as proteins, lipids and nucleic acids, and are carriers of intercellular signaling, which can replace stem cells to perform biological processes


    At present, the components of exosomes (MSC-Exos) derived from human mesenchymal stem cells have been elucidated, but the biological properties of human embryonic stem cell exosomes (hESC-Exos) and human inducible pluripotent stem cell exosomes (hiPSC-Exos) have not been studied


    Protein components and miRNA components in three human stem cell exosomes


    The exosome components of three stem cell sources participated in the regulation of fine biological processes, and the comparative analysis found that hESC-Exos has significant advantages in regulating development, metabolism, anti-aging, etc.
