Promotion plan

Implementation standards

2.
Strengthen the supervision of production links.
Encourage and support the development of water-based coatings with low or no VOC content and reduce the use of resins and solvents.
The factory products should obtain a certificate of conformity, and the technical parameters of the VOCs content should be marked in a conspicuous position .
Departments of Economics, Environmental Protection, Quality Supervision, etc.

Strengthen the supervision of use links.
The construction unit and the supervision unit shall further strengthen the inspection of materials on site, and adopt parallel inspection and witness sampling methods to conduct random inspections of architectural coatings in accordance with the regulations, keep account records at the same time, and immediately take measures to remove the coatings with high VOCs content.
It is necessary to incorporate the use of qualified low (non-) VOCs content coatings into the quality inspection and acceptance system of related parties in the construction unit inspection, supervision random inspection and acceptance, and self-inspection of the construction unit , and clarify management responsibilities.
Architectural coatings can be used only after passing the random test.
At the same time, the process of using unqualified coatings will not be accepted.
All engineering quality supervision departments in the province must earnestly perform their duties and strengthen the supervision of the use of paints in construction projects within their jurisdictions.
