On February 23, Jinjian Rice Industry announced that the original controlling shareholder Hunan Jinxia Grain Industry Co.

It is understood that Jinxia Grain and its controlling shareholder Hunan Grain Group signed the "Equity Transfer Agreement for Free" on December 27, 2021.
