Jinzhou, Liaoning organizes food safety sampling

In order to ensure food safety during the "Two Festivals" and "Two Sessions", the Jinzhou City Market Supervision Bureau of Liaoning Province recently organized and carried out food sampling inspections

This special sampling inspection focuses on the edible agricultural products that are consumed by the people during the holiday season, mainly including livestock and poultry meat and by-products, vegetables, aquatic products, fruits, fresh eggs, etc.

During the "Two Festivals" and "Two Sessions" evaluation random inspections, 200 batches of random inspections are planned

In the next step, the Jinzhou City Market Supervision Bureau will fully disclose relevant information on random inspections and, based on the results of the random inspections, take effective measures to deal with the unqualified foods found in a timely manner in accordance with the law to prevent unqualified foods from flowing to the dining table to ensure that the people can buy them safely and eat them with confidence.

The Jinzhou City Market Supervision Bureau reminds consumers that when buying food, they should choose to buy food at large supermarkets, fresh supermarkets, farmer’s markets and other formal places; when buying pre-packaged food, they must read the relevant content on the outer package food label.
