Rehabilitation after stroke and other forms of acquired brain injury (ABI) can lead to huge clinical improvements
    .

The emergence of COVID-19 in early 2020 has affected the occurrence of strokes, but reduced the chance of recovery

In the repeated measurement design, the evaluation is completed immediately before and after the completion of the N-ROL
    .

It is expected that most patients will participate in a series of groups through which their knowledge and confidence in the pursuit of recovery will be strengthened

These questions are constructed from themes derived from semi-structured interviews with 5 early participants and 2 caregivers.

Average before and after average score

Each patient participated in an average of 27.
1 courses, including physical therapy and talk therapy, with an average of 5.
    4 patients in each group
    .

The structure of N-ROL interventions (the number of courses per treatment and the number of participants) remained the same for the entire 15 weeks, but the content of each group was repeatedly adjusted according to the needs and feedback of the participants

Patients who participated in N-ROL showed significant improvement in the quantitative outcome indicators of the two programs
    .

Post-mortem analysis showed that participants got the most from (1) psychological education around ABI, including listening to other people’s stories, (2) getting advice on how to better arrange the day; (3) motor function (meal preparation, balance and walking) Improvement

Since there is no control group, these gains cannot be attributed to N-ROL
    .

In the future, direct comparisons with untreated control groups are unlikely to be feasible, but comparisons with existing community rehabilitation programs in terms of clinical outcomes (general and specific areas) and cost-effectiveness will be meaningful
