    Urethral adenocarcinoma (UrC-ADC) is an aggressive non-transitional epithelial tumor of the urethra, which is the remnant of the embryonic structure connecting the allantoic and fetal bladder.


    Although 18 F-FDG PET/CT has shown value in many malignant tumors, UrC-ADC is often mucus-like in histology, and mucinous malignancies may show low or absent 18 F-FDG uptake.
