    11 Synthesis of acrylic emulsions and their application on plastic substrates
    Abstract: Styrene (St), methyl acrylates (MMA) and acrylic-2-ethylhexylhexylate (2-EHA) as the main monosome, methyl acrylic hydroxyl acrylic Ethyl ethyl (HEMA), methyl acrylic acid (MAA), diacetone acrylamide (DAAM) and diamide (ADH) are functional monosomes that improve the interface of synthetic emulsions and increase adhesion when filmed with plastic substrates through functional monosome MAA and HEMA. From the experiment: When the emulsion design seed dosing amount accounted for 3% of the pre-emulsion, Tg is 60 degrees C, MAA dosing accounted for 3% of the total monosome, HEMA dosing accounted for 3% of the total monosome, DAAM dosing is 4% of the total monosome, synthetic cross-linked acrylic emulsions are made into plastic coatings in PC, ABS board with high hardness, excellent adhesion and good ethanol wipe performance.

    12 Water-based coatings in engineering machinery Application
    Abstract in Coating: In order to solve the environmental protection needs of coating in the field of engineering machinery from the source, water-based mechanical coatings were selected for coating, and the performance index of water-based mechanical coatings was discussed, engineering machinery coating process and common coating ills and solutions, water-based coating line modification, water-based coating line wastewater treatment and so on. The test shows that the coating performance of water-based coating can be comparable to that of solvent-based coating, and the construction efficiency of coating production line can be satisfied within a certain construction condition range and under the condition of appropriately modified coating line. Selecting the right paint mist flocculant can also effectively separate the paint residue and recycle the treated applied wastewater.

    13 Wen's paint chamber Venturi tube CFD simulation
    abstract: using AnsysFluent software to Wen's paint room Venturi tube fluid flow situation numerical simulation, mainly explores the length of the shrink tube (X1) and pipe length (X2) on the internal pressure field and speed field of Venturi tube. The results show that when the shrink tube is 390mm and the length of the pipe is 162mm, the pressure difference produced in Wen's tube is the best, the speed field is the largest, which is most effective in cleaning water atomization and purifying the paint room. The simulation analysis results have some guiding significance for the design of venturi tube structure parameters in Wenshi's painting room.

    14 Metal anti-corrosion self-healing coating development
    Summary: Metal surface coating anti-corrosion coating is currently commonly adopted to protect the corrosion of metal products effective measures. The surface of the anti-corrosion coating sometimes has small micro-cracks that are invisible to the naked eye, which reduce the protective life of the coating. Therefore, intelligent coatings with certain self-healing ability have been widely concerned by the academic circles and industry. This paper expounds the importance of metal anti-corrosion self-healing coatings, the current development status, the types of coatings and the future direction of development. This paper focuses on the self-healing process of microcapsules self-healing coatings, high-polypulent-type self-healing coatings and load corrosion inhibitors self-healing antiseptic coatings, and points out the development direction of self-healing intelligent anti-corrosion coatings.
