On June 29, Jizhong Energy Julong Chemical's annual output of 400,000 tons of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) project was put into operation in Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Cangzhou, Hebei, and it is an important step to build a 10 billion-level chlor-alkali chemical industry cluster.
