    In 2020, the country produced 614,200 tons of bread, a decrease of 13.
    8% year-on-year.
     
    In January 2021, one-third of the country’s bread production belongs to the Turkestan Region, producing 11,600 tons of bread.
    Then came Almaty and Aktobe Oblast, producing 5,500 tons and 4,500 tons of bread respectively.
