    According to the government order, in order to meet the domestic market demand, white sugar imported into Kazakhstan for the production of sugary foods (Eurasian Economic Union Customs Code 1701 99100) and raw cane sugar for industrial processing (Eurasian Economic Union Customs Code 1701 13, 1701 14) Exemption from tariffs, the total amount of imports of the above commodities does not exceed 134,400 tons.
     
    The above-mentioned commodities that are undergoing (or completed) customs declarations can enjoy import tax exemption; for such commodities that have not yet been declared by customs, an application must be submitted to the customs department between May 15 and September 30, 2021 to enjoy Import duty-free concessions.
    Existing such commodities in the warehouses and temporary warehouses of foreign trade enterprises can also enjoy tax-free concessions.
    Foreign trade enterprises can submit the application for tax exemption of imported goods in two time periods from June to July 2021 and August to September 2021.
