(7) Immunoassay (IA)
IA is an analysis technology based on the specific and reversible binding reaction of antigen and antibody.
It has selectivity and sensitivity that are difficult to achieve by a single physical and chemical analysis technology.
It is very suitable for the separation or detection of trace components in complex matrices
.
Compared with conventional physical and chemical analysis techniques, the IA method has the advantages of strong specificity, high sensitivity, convenience, speed, low cost, safety and reliability, and has become a powerful analytical method in clinical, biomedicine, environmental chemistry, and veterinary drug residue analysis
.
1) Radioimmunoassay (radioimmunoassay, RIA)
RIA uses radioactive materials as antibody conjugates, and detects antigens and antibodies through isotope labeling
.
The basic principle of this method is that there are specific sites on the surface of microbial cells that can be combined with functional groups shared by various β-lactam antibiotics, and can react with various β-lactam antibiotics in corresponding microbial receptors.
2) Enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA)
The ELISA method uses enzymes for labeling, which avoids radioactive contamination of isotope labeling and the stability of the label, and is easy to operate and simple in equipment
.
At the same time, the ELISA method has a fast analysis speed and can screen a large number of samples at the same time.
It is an ideal detection method for rapid screening of batch samples
(8) Surface plasmon resonance (SPR)
SPR is a highly sensitive optical reflection technology for measuring interface structure
.
It has become the standard measurement technology for the combined phenomena in biosensing, biomedicine, biochemistry, biopharmaceutical and other fields
.
