Regarding the amendments to the delivery rules, the "Validity Period of Low Sulfur Fuel Oil Bonded Standard Warehouse Receipts shall be 6 months from the month after the bonded standard warehouse receipts are generated, and those exceeding the deadline shall be transferred to spot" to "Before November 1st of each year.
