Methods: In this national cohort study, adolescents aged 11-17 who tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 in the Public Health England database from January to March 2021 were compared by month of testing, age, gender and geographic region with negative testing teens are matched

Three months after the end of the test, a detailed questionnaire was administered to a group of adolescents to collect demographic and physical and mental health data at the time of PCR testing (retrospective) and at the time of questionnaire completion (prospective)
Results: Between January 1, 2021 and March 31, 2021, a survey of 23,048 adolescents who tested positive and 27,798 who tested negative, 6,804 adolescents (3,065 positive and 3,739 negative) completed Questionnaire survey, the response rate was 13.
