Henan Wanbang International Agricultural Products Logistics Center, located in Zhengzhou City, is the largest agricultural product logistics center in Henan Province and one of the largest bases of
China's "vegetable basket project".
The center, with a planned investment of 10 billion yuan (US$1.
5 billion) covering a total area of 5,300 square meters, aims to provide supply assurance and strategic reserves
for civilian agriculture and related products.
There are currently plans to install a solar PV system
on its roof.
The 60MW distributed PV power plant project has been approved by the local development and reform commission and will be the largest rooftop PV project
in China.
The total investment in the system is expected to reach 500 million yuan (US$72.
5 million).
The project will be divided into three parts according to the area of the site, and the construction plan will be carried out
in five phases.
The first phase of the project will include a 20.
4MW photovoltaic power plant that will be built on the roof of the vegetable and fruit market area; the second and third phases of the 20MW system will be built on the roof of the aquatic products and grain and oil market area; and the fourth phase 5 20MW project will be built on the roof of
the beef and lamb processing storage area.
As an important transportation hub in China, Zhengzhou has the largest train marshalling station in Asia and the largest LTL cargo transfer station
in China.
The distributed photovoltaic project jointly developed by Liansheng New Energy and Wanbang Logistics will be an important demonstration
to promote the development of distributed photovoltaic in Zhengzhou.
CEO of Liansheng New Energy said, "We are very grateful to IMC Group for its environmental philosophy and awareness
of social responsibility.
Liansheng New Energy will definitely ensure that all investments can be implemented smoothly, and will work with IMC Group to establish a high-quality distributed photovoltaic power generation system
for China's photovoltaic industry.
”
Liansheng New Energy is the largest investor and clean energy supplier of distributed power plants in China, focusing on the development, investment, design, operation and maintenance
of distributed photovoltaic power plants.
The company plans to build 1GW of distributed power plants
in China over the next three years.
