Liaoning Creates Food and Beverage Quality and Safety Demonstration "Hundred Streets and Thousands of Stores"

Liaoning Province clarifies that catering quality and safety demonstration stores (canteens) should establish and improve food safety management systems, conduct regular food safety self-inspections, implement food safety information publicity, standardize the management of employees, set up reasonable layout procedures, keep the environment clean and tidy, and maintain facilities.

According to the requirements of the activity, the catering quality and safety demonstration store (canteen) shall formulate and implement a food raw material control system, establish a stable raw material supply channel or supplier, and implement the system of requesting tickets and certificates and purchasing inspection systems to ensure that the quality of purchased raw materials conforms to the national food.
