Liaoning Provincial Public Security Bureau recently interviewed more than 1,780 petrochemical enterprises and flammable and explosive units in the province's legal representatives and fire safety managers, research and take targeted measures to further strengthen the management of fire safety enterprises. At the interview, the Public Security Bureau asked petrochemical enterprises to adhere to strict implementation of fire safety responsibilities. At present, petrochemical enterprises generally some enterprises focus on economic benefits, in the safety facilities equipped with opporton, in the safety management loose slack, some employees do not strictly implement the safety production system, illegal production operations, illegal fire construction and some enterprise equipment and pipelines "with disease" operation, "run and drip" serious problems. Liaoning is a petrochemical province, the province has a total of 717 hazardous chemicals enterprises, the number of the country's sixth, and 15003 hazardous chemicals business units. Liaoning Province hazardous chemicals mainly petrochemical enterprises, petrochemical industry mainly to refining, in 2014, crude oil processing volume ranked second in the country, mainly concentrated in Shenyang, Dalian, Fushun, Jinzhou, Liaoyang, Panjin, Hulu Island and other cities. It is understood that since 2015, there have been 184 fire accidents involving hazardous chemicals in Liaoning Province, resulting in 4 deaths, 9 injuries and direct economic losses of 3.45 million yuan. After the interview, Jinzhou, Chaoyang and other public security organs, fire agencies and all petrochemical enterprises, flammable and explosive units signed a fire safety responsibility letter, to achieve the fire prevention and control gate forward, inspection enterprises effectively assume fire safety responsibilities, to prevent fire accidents.
