In the second half of 2016, Liaoning Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau organized the
resin emulsion
and product quality safety risk monitoring. The results showed that 27 batches of samples did not meet the standard requirements, accounting for 54% of the total batch, and did not meet the project ratio, wash resistance, alkaline resistance.
This risk monitoring collected 50 batches of samples from large shopping malls, wholesale markets, building materials supermarkets and e-commerce channels, including Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hubei, Fujian, Shandong, Shanxi, Hebei, Inner Mongolia and other provinces and cities, as well as enterprises in the province. Mainly according to GB/T9756-2009 "synthetic resin emulsion inner wall
coating
" and GB18582-2008 "interior decoration materials interior wall coating limits" and other standards, volatile organic compounds (VOC), free formaldehyde, ratio, brush resistance, alkaline resistance and other items were tested.
Of the samples monitored this time, 22 batches did not meet the standard requirements, accounting for 44% of the total batch, 2 batches did not meet the standard requirements, 2 batches did not meet the standard requirements, accounted for 4% of the total batch, 2 batches of alkaline resistance, wash resistance did not meet the standard requirements, accounting for 4% of the total batch number of batches; The project-specific analysis is as follows:
1. Ratio.
