    The results show that: (1) The mitochondria-targeted lipid-small molecule hybrid nanoparticles constructed have higher drug loading capacity and encapsulation efficiency than traditional nanoparticles (PA@liposome), and the stability of mixed nanoparticles is higher

    In summary, the mitochondrial-targeted hybrid nanoparticles constructed in this study have the ability to target mitochondria and fluorescence imaging, which can be used for visualization of drug distribution in vivo and imaging
