Food Partner Network NewsEurasian Economic Commission News Center on May 18: The Eurasian Economic Commission Council has approved a list of standards for technical regulations on alcohol products , and relevant parties can voluntarily adopt the relevant standards in the list to ensure that products meet the requirements of technical regulation.

The list includes 149 standards: 63 inter-country standards (GOST) and 86 national standards of member stat.
The content of the standards mainly includes product research rules and methods, including 680 sampling method documen.

The regulation will come into effect on June 18, 2022, while the technical regulations for alcoholic products will take effect on January 1, 2024, so producers and importers of alcoholic beverages and conformity assessment bodies will have around 5 years to conduct Various preparations and determination of the scope of product certification,e.
