    exported 10 tons of fresh lychees to Thailand by sea on June 5 .
    Previously, the company exported 1 ton of fresh lychees to Thailand by air.
    This is the first export of lychees from Hai Duong Province to Thailand.
     
      The representative of Vietnam Ameii Joint Stock Company stated that Thailand is regarded as the kingdom of fruit.
    Therefore, the successful penetration of lychees from Hai Duong Province into the country's market fully proves that this fruit of Vietnam has a strong competitive advantage.
     
      According to the plan, Vietnam Ameii Co.
    , Ltd.
    exports about 20 tons of fresh lychees to Thailand every week for sale in Thai supermarkets and convenience stores.
     
      According to statistics from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Hai Duong Province, as of May 31, the province had harvested and sold about 29,000 tons of lychees, accounting for 85% of the early-maturing lychee output and 55% of the province’s lychee output.
    , Cambodia exports about 15,000 tons.
     
      According to statistics, the lychee planting area in Haiyang Province exceeds 9,100 hectares, and the output in 2021 will reach about 55,000 tons, of which 30,000 tons of early-maturing lychees.
