On March 13, the "Green Process and Key Technologies for Utilization of Lithium Ore Full Components" developed by Jiangxi Haohai Lithium Energy Technology Co.
    , Ltd.
passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements organized by Jiangxi Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association
    .

The expert group believes that compared with the traditional process, this process has obvious technological innovation, solves the problem that the existing process produces a large amount of waste residue and pollutes the environment, and can further expand the production scale
    .

The process uses lithium ore as raw material, and through the processes of low temperature acid leaching, acidification mother liquor lithium separation, filtrate extraction of cesium and rubidium, and precipitation lithium refining, the amount of waste residue is reduced by more than 99%, and the utilization of all components of lithium ore is realized
    .

Among them, the recovery rates of lithium, cesium, and rubidium are higher than 97.

The project team has completed the research on the green process and key technologies for the utilization of lithium ore, including the design of the green process for the utilization of lithium ore, and the optimization of reaction process conditions

Jiang Wei, general manager of the company, said that in the next step, they will start cooperation with domestic listed companies to build an industrial production plant with an annual output of 200,000 tons, further improve the utilization of lithium ore resources, and meet the market demand for lithium, rubidium, cesium and other materials.
