Original title: Liu Aicheng, an undergraduate from Shenyang Agricultural University, published a cover paper in "Dairy Science and Technology"
Recently, Professor Yue Xiqing from the Food College of Shenyang Agricultural University as the corresponding author, and undergraduate Liu Ai as the first author published a titled " Comparative Study on the Secondary Structure and Function of Milk and Donkey Whey Protein in Dairy Science and Technology " This is also the first cover paper published by the college with an undergraduate as the first author .
The study used Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy to analyze donkey milk and bovine whey protein, clarified the difference in the secondary structure of donkey milk and bovine whey protein in different lactation periods, and further analyzed its potential functions and bioinformatics.
"Dairy Science and Technology" was founded in 1978.
The successful publication of the above-mentioned papers indicates that our college has achieved outstanding results in scientific research practice and ability training of undergraduates, and plays an important role in promoting the school's "double first-class" construction and enhancing the international influence of food science and engineering disciplines
