    within the capital's 32km tunnel network.

    The electric tunnel runs from Hackney in the east to Willesden in the west and from Kensar Green to Wimbledon

    The seven-year project will provide around 20% of London's growing electricity needs

    Greg Clark, the UK's Minister for Business and Energy, said: "This vital infrastructure will help increase productivity by reducing the number of roadworks that need to be repaired and provide a safe and reliable power supply
    for the future.
