Viral hepatitis

。 Taking serological testing as an example, the 2021 version of the Consensus emphasizes that HBsAg detection reagents with high sensitivity and strong ability to identify and capture mutant strains and mutant antigens are especially recommended in HBV serological testing to avoid missed detection of HBsAg caused by gene mutations in the envelope region.
In HCV serology, it is recommended to use the double-antigen sandwich method to detect anti-HCV to obtain high sensitivity and specificity, thereby improving the accuracy of
test results.
Regarding the screening and health management of HBV and HCV, Professor Chen Xi concluded: "It is recommended that health management physicians actively test for HBV infection screening in people ≥aged 18 years old, and take HBV serological markers such as HBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBc as the preferred method for HBV infection screening, and HCV serological antibody detection as the preferred method for HCV infection screening.
In addition, hierarchical management and health education should be carried out according to different disease stages, and the linkage and cooperation between health management and
