On April 13th, the first domestic largest hydraulic piling hammer technology exchange meeting of 2500KJ, jointly developed and manufactured by Longyuan Zhenhua and Beijing Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, was held
in Longyuan Zhenhua Company.
At the meeting, the two sides shared and exchanged the key core technology of 2500KJ hydraulic piling hammer, and communicated in detail the progress of key components such as pile cap, substitute punch, hammer core, power unit, hydraulic station and so on
.
It is reported that the country's 2500KJ hydraulic piling hammer is China's first largest double-acting hydraulic piling hammer, its replacement punch, hammer core, buffer system, main control valve and other key core technologies completely achieve independent innovation, its successful development will break the domestic large-scale hydraulic piling hammer market long-term monopoly by foreign countries
.
The 2500KJ hydraulic piling hammer began development and manufacturing in September 2017 and is scheduled to be fully designed and manufactured in September this year for offshore wind farm applications

At the exchange meeting, Longyuan Zhenhua and Beijing Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering reached an agreement on the R&D and design of the world's largest hydraulic piling hammer of 4500KJ, and signed a letter of
intent for cooperation.
It said that it will accelerate the research and development of core key technologies in the R&D and design, metallurgical forging, production and manufacturing of the 4500KJ hydraulic piling hammer to ensure that all design work
of the 4500KJ hydraulic piling hammer will be completed in October 2018.
The 4500KJ hydraulic piling hammer is currently the world's largest hydraulic piling hammer, which can meet the pile sinking requirements of the monopile foundation of wind turbines above 8MW in the future, and the first-stage replacement driving can meet the needs
of monopile pile sinking below 7.
