The Fifth Fertilizer Plant, a subsidiary of Luxi Group, insists on innovation and boldly reforms the existing compound fertilizer production process.
In July, it trial-produced chemically synthesized nitrosulfur-based compound fertilizer.
Compared with ordinary fertilizers such as sulfur-based fertilizers, nitro-based fertilizers have a wider range of adaptation to crops, higher fertilizer efficiency, improved soil, and better quality of crops and economic crops.
The company established an innovation and transformation team with the factory leader as the team leader, formulated a trial production plan for chemically synthesized nitro fertilizer using mixed acid and ammonium nitrate phosphorus, equipped with mixed acid transportation facilities, and applied hydrogen potassium mixed acid and tubular reactors to mixed fertilizers.
Production, after trial and exploration, the process control indicators were determined.
The trial production started on June 28.
The 15-15-15 nitrosulfur-based fertilizer products were successfully produced on July 1, and the 18-6 was successfully produced on July 3.
