    3 Kubota flat membrane operation

    ①The blower of the liquid-in-liquid membrane is generally designed according to 7L/min per membrane (1600mm×500mm), and the air volume of the blower is generally not adjusted during operation
    .

    The blower runs continuously for 24 hours

    ② The size of the suction pump is designed according to the number of membrane modules
    .

    During operation, in order to remove pollution, a method of opening for 9 minutes and stopping for 1 minute is adopted, which is generally controlled by a computer automatically

    ③The flow rate of the circulating sludge pump is generally selected to be 2 to 3 times of the water intake, and it runs continuously
    .

    ④The remaining sludge pump runs regularly according to the reading of the MLSS meter in the pool
    .

    The concentration of MLSS in the pool is generally controlled at 15000~20000mg/L

    ⑤ A pressure gauge is installed in the inlet pipe of the suction pump, and the degree of membrane fouling can be understood through the reading of the pressure gauge
    .

    During the initial operation, the pressure loss is very small.

    4 Cleaning of Kubota flat membrane

    Use sodium hypochlorite (mass fraction 0.
    5%) and oxalic acid (mass fraction 0.
    5%) for chemical cleaning.
    The cleaning process diagram is shown in Figure 5-13
    .

    The cleaning steps are as follows:

    Figure 5-13 Cleaning of Kubota flat membrane

    ① Turn off the suction pump and blower first;

    ②Slowly inject the liquid medicine into the membrane module through the medicine inlet installed on the upper part of the membrane module;

    ③Soak for about 1.

    5h and then use a suction pump to discharge the liquid medicine;

    ④Inject another medicine and repeat the previous steps;

    ⑤The whole cleaning process lasts for 4~5h;

    ⑥ Recover for 6-12 hours and start filtering.
    Note that the initial flux should drop below 50% of normal operation and then gradually increase until it is completely normal

    5 Operational efficiency of Porlock wastewater treatment plant

    The effluent BOD of this process is less than 5mg/L, which is not affected by the influent BOD
    .

    The average turbidity is 0.
