According to local media reports, the Israeli start-up Remilk has developed a new technology that can generate milk protein that is chemically the same as the protein in cow's milk and dairy products.
Remilk was founded in 2019 by Iviv Wolfe and researcher Oli Kohavey
Aviv said that the milk protein products they produce are no different from normal milk products.
Speaking of the advantages of biotechnology to produce dairy products, Aviv believes that the land efficiency of this food production model will be 100 times higher than that of the existing dairy system, raw material efficiency by 25 times, time efficiency by 20 times, and water saving efficiency.
