    Spartanburg, SC — Milliken, a globally diversified manufacturer with more than a century and a half of materials science expertise, has officially acquired Zebra-chem LLC ("Zebra-chem"), a global Chemical companies are known for developing peroxide masterbatches and blowing agent masterbatches

    Wim Van de Velde, vice president of Milliken Chemical Europe, Middle East and Africa, said: "Zebra-chem's leading position in the European market will benefit Milliken leveraging its existing innovation platform, global business network and specialized commerce capabilities, and improve and upgrade production levels through recycled plastics, thereby accelerating the introduction of market solutions


    The combined strengths of Milliken and Zebra-chem can help develop solutions that speed up plastic recycling and improve recycled plastics


    During Zebra-chem's integration with Milliken, day-to-day operations of both parties will continue, and relationships with existing suppliers and customers will not be affected
