Breeders who violate these regulations shall be punished by feed authorities at or above the county level in accordance with the "Regulations on the Administration of Feed and Feed Additives," "Regulations on the Administration of Veterinary Drugs," and "Special Provisions of the State Council on Strengthening the Supervision and Administration of Food and Other Products.
