Recently, companies that have obtained mobile resale business licenses have begun to enter an intensive business release period, and related business tariffs have also been released.
The "Notice" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology clearly requires that all virtual operators and enterprises should centrally set up special areas for telecom tariffs in prominent locations on their websites and provide concise and intuitive entrances.
The telecommunications tariff zone should include basic charging items for mobile phone services, charging principles, all on-sale tariff plans (including tariff "packages") facing the public market, handling procedures and reminders.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stated that telecom tariff information should be clearly classified, convenient and eye-catching, detailed in content, accurate and complete in description, and must not be propagated that may easily cause misunderstanding by users.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology also requires these enterprises to complete the construction of the online telecommunication tariff zone and the online work of current tariff information before July 31, 2014.
