August 13, 2021, Mongolia Standard Measurement Bureau issued Notice No.
308, 309, intends to develop bakery products, grain candy , jam baked food standards
.
The main contents include:

(1) Scope of application
.
Baked products are not suitable for all kinds of biscuits, wafers and cakes
.
The jam bakery standard does not apply to ordinary bread, and the traditional Mongolian products do not apply to the standard
.

(2) Terms and definitions;

(3) Requirements for product manufacturing, packaging, storage, transportation and inspection, each of 7 physical and chemical indicators of the product;
