Cheng Dazhang, head of the green intelligence discipline of the China Green Building Commission and a professor at Tongji University, said that green building is the foundation of "two-type" social construction, and in the process of developing green building, cost and technology are not the biggest obstacles, the most urgent task is to do a good job in the mechanism, system, law and other aspects of top-level design.
