[China Epoxy Resin Industry Online] News June 10, 2004 Since June 1, my country has implemented the revised "Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China.
" In order to adapt to the newly revised "Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China", the State Council made a decision on amending the "Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China" on March 31, 2004, and revised the regulations that came into effect on January 1, 2002.
, And promulgated new anti-dumping regulations on April 15.

Previously, my country promulgated the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Anti-dumping and Countervailing Measures" in 1997.
my country revised the regulations shortly after joining the WTO, and promulgated the revised anti-dumping regulations in November 2001.

The new anti-dumping regulations that came into effect on June 1 are a further revision of the previous regulations.
