This equipment has a special structure, especially the final polycondensation tower.
The internal parts adopt a squirrel cage structure.
When working, the squirrel cage is rotated by the rotating shafts at both ends.
Its parts processing and assembly accuracy requirements are very high, and the maximum assembly gap is only 7 to 15 mm

They designed and produced special fixtures to move the 12-meter-long, 30-ton squirrel cage into the shell without touching or wiping

They also solved the difficulty of the complex structure of the precondensation tower, the limited welding position inside the cylinder, and the high requirements for the flatness of the tray
