Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, rectified the refined oil market and seized 6 tons of diesel fuel in question

Recently, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, organized a joint law enforcement action for the special rectification of the refined oil market, led by the Nanning Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, and jointly formed by a joint law enforcement team composed of commerce, public security, transportation, fire protection and other departments, to conduct a surprise inspection
of the illegal storage and operation of refined oil products in the jurisdiction of Nanning City.
At the scene, law enforcement officers found that 2 operators (points) were suspected of operating unqualified diesel fuel without a license, and about 6 tons of
diesel fuel were seized on the spot.

According to the clues recently mapped, the market supervision department found that there is a phenomenon
of illegal operation of refined oil products in some urban areas.
The joint law enforcement team organized law enforcement officers to carry out joint law enforcement operations at 2 cases (points) involved in illegal diesel operations
near Yinhai Avenue in Liangqing District.
After investigation, the two operations (points) were suspected of illegal acts
such as operating without a license and selling unqualified oil products.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, law enforcement personnel sealed the suspected sale of 6 tons of diesel fuel with quality problems, and sampled the oil products involved in the case for inspection
.

In the next step, the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau will continue to carry out joint law enforcement actions with relevant departments, supervise the implementation of territorial regulatory responsibilities, establish and improve a long-term mechanism for cracking down on the illegal operation of refined oil products, further strengthen the supervision and management of the city's refined oil market, and effectively maintain the normal operation order
