Aiming at problems such as the inability to increase the processing capacity of the heating furnace of the atmospheric and vacuum equipment and the contradiction between the safe operation load and economic operation of the pulverized coal furnace, Nanyang Nenghua established a technical research team to reduce the heat load of the furnace first and then increase the efficiency of the furnace.
During the implementation process, the Nanyang Nenghua atmospheric and vacuum heating furnace research team used the short device shutdown to eliminate the opportunity to chemically clean the convection chamber tube of the constant reduction furnace, clean the radiant chamber tube, and replace the burner.
The pulverized coal furnace research team adopted optimization measures such as adjusting the aerodynamic field and the center of the pulverized coal combustion flame, focusing on monitoring the calorific value and volatile index of the raw coal entering the plant, and adjusting in time according to the coal quality to increase the furnace combustion temperature under low load conditions.
