Take the siliques of the collected plant samples according to the plots and weigh the siliques wet weight and plant wet weight respectively, and then guillotine, smash, and dry for later weighing, crushing and analysis and testing to establish fertilizer efficiency parameters , To determine the reasonable amount of fertilizer for field production, and provide a scientific basis for fertilizer use for field production.
