The weights of the current year are binding indicators, and the provinces will perform assessment and evaluation according to this, and the weights of the following year will be the expected indicators.

The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration will organize relevant units to track and monitor the progress of renewable energy power construction and the level of consumption and utilization in various provincial administrative regions on a monthly basis, and grasp the implementation of medium and long-term power transactions by the dispatching departments and trading institutions of power grid enterprises on a quarterly basis.
