Li Hua, the vice president of Xi’an Shiyou University, said in his speech that the theme of this conference is " Transformation and Development, Green Action, and the Future Development of the Refining and Chemical Industry.
At the opening ceremony of the forum, the CNOOC Molecular Engineering and Offshore Oil and Gas Resources Utilization Laboratory was inaugurated and established.
This forum was hosted by China National Offshore Oil Corporation and Xi'an Shiyou University, and hosted by CNOOC Oil Refining and Chemical Research Institute and School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Xi'an Shiyou University.
