After the completion of the "National Smart Grid Quality Inspection Center", a laboratory of 14,500 square meters will be built to fully serve all smart grid application products covered by three major systems, including smart grid transmission and transformation measurement and control and protection products, intelligent distribution power measurement and control and protection products, and new energy access products, and provide quality inspection and performance testing of product life cycle, new products and new materials for smart grid enterprises; Provide training services for enterprise product quality inspectors, new products, new technologies, and new material testers; Provide inspection and testing authorized by international certification bodies, provide certification services and various consulting one-stop services for the export of enterprise products, and help the development of
