Compared with feeding natural mixed forages and Leymus chinensis, the two nettle pellet feeds significantly reduce the amount of saturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids in the muscle, and significantly increase the polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially the 50% high-level addition has a better effect .
Therefore, the development and utilization of hemp leaf nettle as the basic roughage for fattening sheep during the growth period can effectively improve the health of the lamb by improving the blood biochemical characteristics, and increase the formation of fatty acid components in the lamb that promote human health.
