    With funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (approval numbers: 32050178, 21925702, 2175005), Zhu Ting's research group from the School of Life Sciences, Tsinghua University has made new progress in the field of mirror biology, and has synthesized a fully functional 90 kDa high-fidelity Mirror Pfu DNA polymerase and realize the storage of mirror DNA information


    DNA is expected to become a new generation of information storage media due to its advantages of high information storage density and long storage time


    Zhu Ting’s research group proposed a strategy of using segmented protein design to assist synthesis.
