    RNA interference (RNAi) is a conserved RNA silencing mechanism in many eukaryotes, and small interfering RNAs are a key component of RNA interference


    On June 29, 2022, Ma Jinbiao's team from Fudan University and Wang Hongwei's team from Tsinghua University published an online article entitled "Structural insights into dsRNA processing by Drosophila Dicer-2–Loqs-PD" ("Drosophila Dicer-2–Loqs-PD") in the main issue of "Nature" magazine.

    Previous studies have reported that the Dicer-2 protein undergoes a significant conformational change when it binds to a substrate.
