    BEIJING, July 24 (Xinhua Sun Zifa) The internationally renowned academic journal Nature published a drug reuse research paper online on the 24th, said that researchers in the screening of nearly 12,000 drugs in clinical research stage or approved by the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration), found that 13 can inhibit the replication of new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) in cultured cells, can be considered as potential anti-new coronavirus drugs.

    ) drug R 82913, a member of the family of drugs used to treat diabetes (PPAR-γ ortiants) - DS-6930, the potential drug ONO 5334 for osteoporosis, and apilimod for autoimmune diseases such as Crohn's disease.
    three of the most effective drugs in the world were ONO 5334, Aspimod and MDL 28170 (previously shown to weaken Ebola virus infection), and the researchers tested their ability to reduce replication of the new coronavirus using cultured lung tissue, showing that ONO 5334, MDL 28170 and Apimod reduced the number of infected cells by 72%, 65% and 85%, respectively. It has previously been shown that aspirin is well-resistant in the human body and exhibits good safety within the dose range that may produce antiviral effects.
    authors conclude that many of the drugs identified in this study have been tested in a clinical context, which can accelerate their preclinical and clinical evaluation and promote understanding of their potential to treat patients with neo-coronary pneumonia.
