!---- a number of recent studies have provided insights into the pathogenesis of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in 2019.However, so far, we are still unclear about the longitudinal immunological relevance of disease outcomes.here, the researchers analyzed the immune response sonofness (non-ICU) and severe (ICU) patients in a row.immunology analysis showed an overall increase in congenital cell lines and a decrease in the number of T cells.researchers found a link between early elevated cytokines and worse disease outcomes.after an increase in early cytokines, patients with moderate coVID-19 disease showed a gradual decrease in type 1 (antiviral) and type 3 (antifungal) responses., in contrast, severe patients maintain these elevated responses throughout the course of the disease., severe diseases are accompanied by an increase in a variety of type 2 (worm-resistant) effects, including IL-5, IL-13, IgE, and eosinophils.unsupervised cluster analysis identified four immune signals, namely (A) growth factor, (B) type 2/3 cytokine, (C) 1/2/3 hybrid cytokine, and (D) chemofactor, which were related to three different disease trajectories in the patient.the immune spectrum of patients recovering from moderate disease was rich in tissue-repaired growth factor characteristics (A), while in patients whose disease trajectories deteriorated, levels of all four characteristics increased.therefore, the study found the development of an ill-adaptive immune response profile associated with the consequences of severe COVID-19, as well as early immune characteristics associated with different disease trajectories..
