The patient, an 89-year-old woman, was treated in ophthalmology for 4 months due to redness in her eyes and a foreign object in her right eye.
the under-eye examination and evaluation of pupil reactions and eye pressure show no abnormalities.
examination of the crack lamp revealed a red bulging lesions in the conjunctivum that extended into the cornea, accompanied by capillaries dilation and protruding blood vessels.
there is no local lymph node swelling.
the appearance of the lesions suggests a new tumor, so the patient underwent surgery to remove the lesions and reconstruct the tissue defect with an amniocentesia graft.
examination of the excision lesions showed in-place squamous cell carcinoma.
patient completed local fissromycin C-assisted treatment for 4 weeks.
in follow-up 2 years after surgery, there was no local recurrence.
