In this multi-country, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase III clinical study, adult participants randomly receive a single dose of Ad26.

In the analysis of the protocol, 19,630 participants who were not infected with new coronary pneumonia at baseline were vaccinated with the Ad26.
